1. Website operation

We process connection and request information to deliver music pages, forms and other website features. Sessions support security, form handling and PRE-LINK subscription continuity. Session records can include IP addresses, browser information and activity times; infrastructure may also keep access and error logs.

2. Website analytics

Our first-party analytics record page views and outbound clicks in the application database to understand use of our pages and destinations. Records include page and destination identifiers, event times, available country codes, device/browser categories and referring addresses, which may contain query information.

The analytics recorder does not itself store IP addresses or subscriber emails, but these records are not necessarily anonymous. These analytics operate independently of Meta marketing consent and are not sent to Meta by this integration.

3. Mailing lists and release notifications

Mailing-list subscriptions send your email and the selected list identifier to Brevo for releases, news and updates. PRE-LINK requests store your email, release and preferred service, consent details and notification delivery records. The current PRE-LINK form combines a release notification with joining the SYYK mailing list.

Email subscriptions do not activate Meta tracking, and accepting Meta tracking does not subscribe you to email. Contact privacy@syykrec.com to request withdrawal from email marketing or cancellation of a pending notification.

4. Meta Pixel and advertising audiences

Where enabled and with marketing consent, Meta Pixel 887183478441053 records website visits (PageView), music content views (ViewContent) and music-link activations (MusicLinkClick) to measure activity and build advertising audiences, including for SYYK BERLIN.

Events may include website source, release and record-label identifiers, artist display information and the selected music service. Meta may also process IP, browser, device and advertising identifier information. This tracking is not anonymous. A link click does not prove that you listened to or purchased music.

5. Marketing cookies and your choices

Marketing consent is optional and withdrawable. You can use music pages and links without accepting it. The marketing preference is remembered for 180 days in browser storage. This is not the lifetime of Meta advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, or a retention period for other records.

On pages displaying the marketing controls, select Cookie settings to change your choice or Withdraw marketing consent to stop tracking. Return to the music page where you made your choice to access its controls. Choices apply to that browser and website origin.

Withdrawal stops further tracking by this integration and attempts to clear accessible Meta cookies. It cannot recall information already sent or remove cookies on other domains. Browser settings can also clear cookies and storage. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful consent-based processing.

6. External services and embedded content

Music, social and app-store links take you to services with their own privacy practices. We may record the outbound click first. YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com but may contact Google/YouTube before playback. External audio previews may contact their host when loading metadata. Meta marketing choices do not control these existing media requests.

7. Retention and third-party processing

Information is processed in our application systems and by providers involved in the features you use, including Brevo, media providers and, with marketing consent where enabled, Meta. External providers may process information outside Italy or the European Economic Area.

The application has no automatic age-based deletion for analytics or release-subscriber records. The 180-day marketing preference does not determine how long these or provider-held records are retained. Contact us with questions or requests concerning your data.

8. Your rights and privacy contact

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of personal data, object to relevant processing, including direct marketing, and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@syykrec.com or write to our registered address above.
